Quadel - Memphis

Since 2000, Quadel has managed the Memphis Housing Authority’s (MHA) 5,800 unit Housing Choice Voucher Program. Quadel manages all day to day program activities on behalf of MHA, supporting annual HAP payments of $3.5 million that are processed and paid by MHA. During the contract Quadel has increased the number of families assisted by the MHA program from 3,600 to 5,800. Includes assistance to over 600 families displaced by public housing redevelopment who have moved to private rental housing with a voucher assistance. Over the course of this contract we have reopened and updated MHA’s waiting list twice, and have assisted with the implementation of a new inspections software system. During 2009, Quadel will assist MHA to convert to new tenant system of record database software.
