Daniel Thomas, Instructor

Daniel Thomas is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with over 26 years experience in real estate asset and property management.  Daniel has been part of the Quadel Training Team for over 20 years.  In addition to his training activities for Quadel, Daniel served as a Regional Vice President for Interstate Realty Management Company with corporate responsibility for approximately 4000 assisted multifamily units.  Prior to joining Interstate in 1983, Daniel was part of the Management Division of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency where he reviewed and approved operating budgets for multifamily properties.  He also served as liaison to HUD insuring implementation and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
