Elizabeth Bramlet has over15 years experience in the affordable housing industry. She has been a Quadel Instructor in property management and HUD occupancy policies for more than eight years. Elizabeth also contributed to Quadel’s revision of the HUD Multifamily Assisted Housing Occupancy Handbook (HUD Handbook 4350.3) and assisted Quadel in contracts to develop administrative plans for several agencies. In addition, she provides consulting to real estate development projects involving the creation of new and affordable housing options. Besides her firm background in training and consulting work, Elizabeth has served in executive-level management positions where she was responsible for 400-600 units including apartments, cooperatives, condominiums, and commercial space. Elizabeth contributes regularly as a primary source to Brownstone Publication’s monthly newsletters, Tax Credit Housing Management Insider and Assisted Housing Management Insider. She speaks annually at Spectrum’s Symposium on Tax Credit compliance issues in addition to various conferences around the country.
