William Ewall, Instructor

Bill Ewall, consultant to Quadel, has 25 years of experience in public housing, specializing in planning, rehabilitation, maintenance, modernization and construction procurement.  He has worked for the Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) for twenty years in several capacities as the director of a large maintenance training program.  Bill was appointed Senior Contract Administrator at CHA in 1981 where he managed several large modernizations, and also conducted testing and training of CHA's maintenance staff.  Bill currently works part-time for the CHA as Director of Construction.  He also is a consultant working on a number of independent assessments for housing authorities.  Bill has been providing UPCS training for five years.
