Quadel’s one-day course on Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program provides program staff a broad understanding of FSS requirements and their implications on program management. Another objective of the training is to highlight program monitoring, case management, outreach and recruitment, job readiness, and program capacity.
Participants receive Quadel’s Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) course book, containing a detailed explanation of the rule and useful tips and guidance on how to improve FSS performance. All of Quadel’s course books are designed to serve as “plain English” reference manuals to assist program staff in their daily functions more efficiently after attending the course.
