Procurement and Contracting for PHAs Training Course
Course Type:
Description:
Quadel’s two-day, general procurement course is customized based on your agency’s procurement policies and state and local requirements. In addition, if requested, Quadel will review a list of PHA employees slated to attend the training, by job function, so that the trainer may begin with an understanding of each participant’s role in the procurement process.
Participants receive a copy of our nationally recognized course book which is updated annually to reflect changes in HUD regulations and requirements. All of Quadel’s course books are designed to serve as “plain English” reference manuals to assist program staff in their daily functions more efficiently after attending the course.
Who Should Attend:
Housing specialists, managers and supervisory staff responsible for the monitoring and administration of procurement and contracting activities.
Training Topics:
Quadel structures the agenda to focus on your agency’s specific needs, covering one or more topics in depth, while still detailing all aspects of procurement requirements.
