Certification Programs

The Quadel Certification Register contains information for the following training programs:

• Assisted Housing Manager® (AHM);
• Tax Credit Compliance System® (TaCCs);
• HUD Housing Choice Voucher Occupancy;
• HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS); and
• HUD Public Housing Occupancy.

Term of Certification

The certification indicates the date on which the designation was earned and specifies that the examination measured proficiency in program rules in effect on the certification date.

Policies and Terms

• Housing professionals who earned their certification on or after the following dates are included in Quadel's Certification Register:
• Assisted Housing Manager® (AHM)- April 1997
• Tax Credit Compliance System® (TaCCs) - February 1999
• HUD Housing Choice Voucher Occupancy - January 1999
• HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS)- April 1997
• HUD Public Housing Occupancy - January 1999
• For those persons who earned the AHM® certification prior to April 1997, please contact us at training@quadel.com if you need verification of certification.
• Only the most recent date of certification is included for professionals who have earned the same designation multiple times.
• The name and contact information provided is the most up to date address information available. To update your contact information, please click here.
• Updates to the Register will occur on a regularly scheduled basis. If you earned a Quadel certification more than three months ago and your name does not appear, please contact us at training@quadel.com.
• All names will remain on the register for 10 years from the date on which the certification was obtained.
