Course Offerings

A variety of scheduled training solutions are offered regionally throughout, covering the Housing Choice Voucher, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and HUD Auditing Requirements for HUD Multifamily Programs. See below for a list of our scheduled course offerings.

We offer the Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Low-Income Tax Credit Compliance (TaCCs) and Mixed Finance courses on a scheduled basis throughtout the year or by special request. The HUD Audit Update course is offered on a scheduled course basis only in the Fall. All other courses are offered by special request. All courses offered by special request can be customized to meet the clients needs.
