Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing Training Services
We conduct annually over 50 in-house training sessions for PHAs, HUD and industry groups. Courses include occupancy, PHAS, SEMAP, HQS, FSS and special workshops on rule changes. For more than 30 years, Quadel has held an annual Housing Choice Voucher Program Conference that includes program updates, best practices and training.

HUD-Subsidized Multifamily Housing Training Services
Quadel has partnered with NLHA to train over 40,000 managers, owners, and HUD staff in HUD multifamily occupancy requirements. Over 8,000 managers have received Quadel's industry-recognized Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) occupancy certification. Quadel also partners with Grubman Anand, PC to conduct seminars in audit requirements of HUD subsidized or insured multifamily properties.

Tax Credit Training Services
Since September of 1998, Quadel has offered a two-day tax credit compliance training program, specifically designed for front-line property managers responsible for day-to-day compliance. Quadel conducts 30 tax credit trainings annually and has trained more than 1,500 property managers.
